  42. My joke is getting a lot of work done. The new LightWave will be released
  43. for my joke. The old LW is amazing and only available for this joke. 
  44. There are now three random access editing systems available
  45. for my joke. There is a cool new landscape program, WCS, available only
  46. for this joke system. There is a joke-clone coming out, 060 based, from
  47. MacroSystems Germany. My joke will network with other platforms to
  48. leverage lightwave rendering. My joke will run the just released version
  49. of ImageFX (v2) for an amazing amount of image processing power. My 
  50. joke is still the only platform that works with the Toaster. Alpha paint
  51. is only available for the Toaster running on my joke. ProVector 3 is 
  52. just about to be released and only runs on this joke system. I can do
  53. incredible SMPTE synchronized soundtracks on my joke using Studio 16 
  54. and Bars & Pipes Pro, both of whom released new versions last year.
  55. My joke runs my whole business using my own CanDo software
  56. (new version just out although that company is now on ice) which
  57. I can customize as need be. ARexx ties many things together.

  59. Things have not stopped working. Most things are working better 
  60. than ever.

  62. As I see it, the support for this joke system is finally maturing. I'm
  63. not going to cry about the obvious stupidity of Commodope or
  64. the current lack of new Amigas while the old ones are still such
  65. a valuable tool. I'm too busy getting things done with this cool
  66. device that's still getting extensive support by excellent developers.

  68. Yes I'm considering other systems. Because my joke is such a
  69. dependable platform, I can wait for those other systems to mature.
  70. There are a lot of growing pains going on on other platforms.
  71. When LW Alpha comes out, my joke may have a partner. But not
  72. a replacement. I will probably buy another joke first, though.
  73. Anyone who wants to dump an Amiga 3000, 3000T or 4000
  74. please send me email.
